Frequently asked questions

What does "supply + install" include?

Delivery, floor prep & levelling, laying, matching skirting where needed, and cleanup. Removal of old flooring is quoted separately. A free site survey confirms scope before we start.

Is it suitable for HDB and condos?

Yes. It's a floating click-lock floor, so no hacking is needed in most HDB and condo units. Our own team handles any required notifications.

Can I see it in person?

Absolutely — visit our showroom at 33 Ubi Avenue 3, #01-67, open daily 10am–8pm, for a free one-to-one consultation.

How do payment and deposit work?

A 50% deposit confirms your booking and install date; the balance is due on completion. We don't take card details online — payment is arranged securely with our team.
